I've been selling since I was a Girl Scout knocking on doors — there's always been something in me that loves the hustle, the connection, the win. But years of working for others taught me that talent without shared values is exhausting. I wanted to build something different: a brokerage where going above and beyond is the standard. Where relationships come first, details never slip, and every client gets an exceptional experience — not a templated one. Rebel was born from that conviction. We don't just manage Costco business - We treat it like it's our own.

Carlene is the founder of Rebel Solutions Group, where she's spent years learning the Costco way and how to uniquely position brands to win within their tried-and-true club model. Getting in is just the start — you've got to stay there and then keep growing. That philosophy, paired with her hands-on approach and creative problem solving, has made Rebel a trusted partner for some of the most exciting brands in the business.

Outside of work, Carlene lives in Arizona with her husband, son, and three dogs, escaping to Whidbey Island in the summer to trade the heat for sea air. She's passionate about health and wellness, enjoys gardening, and treasures time at home with family.
